The double wall cup provides the discerning coffee drinker with a first class drinking experience combining a secure hand hold and great insulation to ensure maximum enjoyment of their hot drink. Compatible lid 8/9/12oz lid. Design may vary

We deliver within 3-5 working days and all orders require a signature on arrival – failed deliveries may incur a redelivery charge.

We will aim to deliver your order within 3-5 working days, with the exception of items marked ‘Next Day Delivery’ or Fresh Delivery items that require an agreed specific delivery date.

We will deliver your order to the addressed specified on your order. You must ensure that someone is present to accept the delivery. All deliveries will require a signature on delivery and if no one is at the address at the time of delivery. After a failed delivery attempt, your order will be returned to our warehouse and we reserve the right to charge you an additional re-delivery charge.

The agreed dispatch date and delivery time are not to be treated as contractual. We will do our best to comply but are not liable to you for any expense or inconvenience you incur on account of a delayed delivery or non-delivery. Time for delivery specified on an order, if any, is an estimate only and time shall not be of the essence.

Some of our items are heavy and deliveries are made to a ground floor entrance only and on the condition that there is reasonable access for the safe and prompt delivery of the goods. Make sure to tell us about any special delivery requirements or conditions when you place your order. Anything other than this is at the discretion of our courier(s) and you may be required to assist.

If you change the delivery address once the goods have been dispatched to you, we reserve the right to pass on any extra charges made by our carriers for redirecting your delivery.

When your order arrives, it is important that you check the condition and quantity immediately. Any products found to be missing or damaged should be notified to the delivery driver at the time of delivery or ourselves within 24 hours so that we may send a replacement quickly and minimise your inconvenience.

We are happy for you to pick up your order from our warehouse provided you have made an appointment in advance and payment has been received into our bank. If you decide to use this option then we will not be able to assist you in loading heavy items and you agree that you are responsible for everything that happens after you have taken possession of the products.

Jane and the team have been amazing to deal with, helpful and patient no matter what my question was. Great machine at a great price, I could not be happier. They helped me get set up and running, and went above and beyond my expectations. I would highly recommend their services. Our new Fresh milk coffee machines are fabulous and everyone comments on the quality of the drinks. The Office and service team are quick to answer any questions and resolve issues if we have any.
