Your Contract with Us<\/strong><\/p>\n

When placing your order with us, you are making an offer to buy the goods. An email will be sent to confirm that we have received your order then once we have reviewed your order, we will send an email to confirm acceptance of your offer, at which point a contract has been made between us. If, in the unlikely event, the goods are no longer available, or we consider the order too low for it to be economically viable for us to deliver, or that we have made a pricing mistake, we will get it touch as soon as possible to let you know. In these circumstances, your order will not be accepted, and there will be no contract between us.<\/p>\n

We have tried to be as accurate as possible, all information provided is approximate and provided in good faith.\u00a0 The images of products used on our website are for illustrative purposes only and the goods may vary slightly from the image on our website and may not include pictured accessories, unless stated in the specification of the goods.\u00a0 Similarly, we cannot guarantee that the packaging shown will be the packaging that is delivered.<\/p>\n

Placing An Order<\/strong><\/p>\n

Start by adding the products that you would like to order to Your Basket and then Continue to Checkout to place your order. \u00a0Items you do not require can be removed from your basket at any time.\u00a0 If you have any questions regarding products, or would prefer to order by telephone, please call on 01157 845 843.<\/p>\n

Once you have had your order confirmation, changes may not be possible or may incur additional charges or delays. \u00a0On completion of your order, we will let you know the dispatch date.<\/p>\n

Price and Payment<\/strong><\/p>\n

The price is as set out in the order.\u00a0 All prices on our website are in GBP and state whether they are inclusive or exclusive of VAT.\u00a0 Any promotional prices only apply during the period stated.<\/p>\n

If there is an error with the price on the website (over or under), we will contact you to let you know of the change and ask if you would still like the products.\u00a0 We will not be liable to supply the products at the stated price if they are under-priced on the website.<\/p>\n

Delivery Charges<\/strong><\/p>\n

We will aim to deliver your order within 3-5 working days, with the exception of items marked \u2018Next Day Delivery\u2019 or Fresh Delivery items that require an agreed specific delivery date.<\/p>\n

We will deliver your order to the addressed specified on your order.\u00a0 You must ensure that someone is present to accept the delivery.\u00a0 All deliveries will require a signature on delivery and if no one is at the address at the time of delivery.\u00a0 After a failed delivery attempt, your order will be returned to our warehouse and we reserve the right to charge you an additional re-delivery charge.<\/p>\n

The agreed dispatch date and delivery time are not to be treated as contractual.\u00a0 We will do our best to comply but are not liable to you for any expense or inconvenience you incur on account of a delayed delivery or non-delivery.\u00a0 Time for delivery specified on an order, if any, is an estimate only and time shall not be of the essence.<\/p>\n

Some of our items are heavy and deliveries are made to a ground floor entrance only and on the condition that there is reasonable access for the safe and prompt delivery of the goods.\u00a0 Make sure to tell us about any special delivery requirements or conditions when you place your order. \u00a0Anything other than this is at the discretion of our courier(s) and you may be required to assist.<\/p>\n

If you change the delivery address once the goods have been dispatched to you, we reserve the right to pass on any extra charges made by our carriers for redirecting your delivery.<\/p>\n

When your order arrives, it is important that you check the condition and quantity immediately.\u00a0 Any products found to be missing or damaged should be notified to the delivery driver at the time of delivery or ourselves within 24 hours so that we may send a replacement quickly and minimise your inconvenience.<\/p>\n

We are happy for you to pick up your order from our warehouse provided you have made an appointment in advance and payment has been received into our bank.\u00a0 If you decide to use this option then we will not be able to assist you in loading heavy items and you agree that you are responsible for everything that happens after you have taken possession of the products.<\/p>\n

Business Customers \u2013 Returns and Cancellations<\/strong><\/p>\n

This section only applies if you are a business customer.<\/em><\/p>\n

Orders may not be cancelled except with our mutual agreement, in writing from a Director. \u00a0If we agree to cancel the order, you must return the goods within 7 days of cancellation, complete with the original packaging to us, at your own expense. \u00a0The cost of return postage is to be covered by you and will not be reimbursed with the exception of faulty or damaged goods.<\/p>\n

We are unable to accept returns on any food or drink products.\u00a0 Any products that are customised or ordered as part of a special or large order are not returnable.<\/p>\n

You must ensure that the goods are packaged adequately to protect against damage. \u00a0All goods must be returned, e.g., you cannot purchase a case of 10 items and only return 8.<\/p>\n

Any free products provided as part of your purchase must also be returned.<\/p>\n

If you fail to return the products within the 7 days, we will collect them, and pass on any associated costs of collection to you.<\/p>\n

If you fail to take reasonable care of the goods before they are returned to us, and this results in damage or deterioration, we will charge you for the reduction in value.<\/p>\n

We will refund all monies paid to us by you including any original delivery charges within 30 days, less a 10% restocking fee. \u00a0This cancellation policy does not affect your legal rights where products are faulty or misdescribed.<\/p>\n

Consumers Only \u2013 Returns and Cancellations<\/strong><\/p>\n

This section only applies if you are classed as a consumer under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.\u00a0 This section does not apply to business customers.<\/em><\/p>\n

You have a 14 days \u2018cooling-off\u2019 period from the day you receive your order when you can cancel your contract. \u00a0Please e-mail or write to us to arrange this, we are unable to accept cancellations by phone.<\/p>\n

You do not have to give any reason for cancellation; however, a brief explanation will help us to improve the service we offer to customers in the future. \u00a0If you cancel, you must return the goods within 14 days of cancellation, complete with the original packaging and delivery slip to us, at your own expense.\u00a0 The cost of return postage is to be covered by you and you will not be reimbursed with the exception of faulty or damaged goods.<\/p>\n

Faulty Goods<\/strong><\/p>\n

If you experience a problem with any of our products, please notify us by email or in writing providing details of the problem.\u00a0 We may ask you to provide us with a photograph of the problem as this normally saves you having to return the goods for inspection.<\/p>\n

If the product is found to be faulty, we will arrange for a replacement to be sent as soon as possible and without charge (at our discretion).\u00a0 The cost of returning goods is your responsibility, then if found faulty on inspection we will refund your reasonable postage costs. \u00a0If the product isn\u2019t faulty, we will return them to you, and you will be required to cover our reasonable postage costs.<\/p>\n

If an item is no longer available, we will offer an alternative as we are unable to guarantee an exact match. \u00a0If you are not happy with the alternative offered, you will have the option of a refund.<\/p>\n

Discount Codes<\/strong><\/p>\n

From time to time, we may issue discount codes. \u00a0We reserve the rights with withdraw, limit, restrict or change such codes at any time. \u00a0Unless expressly stated, discounts cannot be combined and only one offer can be applied per order. \u00a0Discount codes are not transferable or assignable and have no cash alternative.<\/p>\n

All discount codes are applied to the value of the order, excluding delivery costs.\u00a0 The discount code must be entered at the Checkout stage of placing you order and applied for the discount to be deducted from the order and cannot be applied at a later date by telephone or email.<\/p>\n
